”The doctor of the future will give no medicine, but will interest his patients in the care of the human frame, in diet, and in the cause and prevention of disease.” Thomas Edison
Jag Therapy provides a unique method of alternative medical treatment by incorporating various systems of oriental healing and blending them to provide care for the whole person in a holistic approach.
In this system of healing, a person’s physical, emotional, mental, and psychosocial health, his or her diet and lifestyle, as well as the person’s religious and spiritual concerns are all being considered.
Jag Therapy incorporates human anatomy, physiology, pathology, nutrition and aromatherapy; Eastern medical theory; acupressure, shiatsu massage, Yoga therapy, ethics and self-care and relaxation, nutritional management, and other activities in line with its philosophies.
Therapists in Jag Therapy are service-oriented towards duty, dedicated, compassionate towards the patients as well as interested in enhancing and developing this new Art and Science.
The Diagnosis decides the appropriate treatment:
Diagnosis is based on analysing the problem from the case history of the patient obtained by questioning about symptoms, feelings and reports from the Medical professionals.
Diagnostic Technique used is mainly the Oriental way of checking the pulse, observation of movements, colour, expression, sense of touch such as feeling the texture of the muscles and temperature variations on the skin.
How is it unique?
- The healing power of nature comes first, technique and technology second
It develops the concept that within us is a natural ability to heal, an inherent recuperative power that is the key to all healing.
- Patient-centered rather than physician-centered
Jag Therapy is based on “patient-centered,” in which the feelings, beliefs, and the opinions of the patient are essential elements in the treatment and decision-making process.
- Do no harm
The essence of this therapy is, “Always use the least drastic course of action first”, meaning that the therapies used are the least harmful to treat illness.
- Results generally take longer
The primary goal of this holistic approach is to stimulate the body’s natural healing response and to let nature take its course.
- Use of natural and whole substances
This therapy uses natural substances such as herbs, botanicals, nutritional supplements, and whole foods.
- Higher standard of health
Health is a dynamic process and not just the absence of illness. The “whole person” is evaluated when determining one’s state of health and well-being.

“The heart of an individual is in his/her own hands. To use your hands as agents for the therapy, you must train your heart with knowledge and skill in the Oriental way. Jag Therapy provides the opportunity for you to acquire the knowledge and to develop the skill and sensitivity to feel a person’s physical and psychological pain and illness.”
